The carriers l use are Northline, Toll and Auspost.
Northline will normally call to arrange a time to suit delivery. If you have spoken to the driver and you have given permission for the goods to be left whilst no-one home, that is between yourself and the driver.
If you have arranged a time and you you have stated that you want to witness the delivery and they have come to deliver your items, if no-one is home, a re-delivery fee will occur and be past onto the customer.
Toll will simply drop off your equipment to a secure area, without signature.
All equipment orders have their connotes for tracking purposes.
Smaller items l use Auspost, generally l use prepaid satchels.
